MAhal. A name which is probably derived from the village of Mahallat in the Arak region. The term is also frequently referred to carpets from this region that have a medium weave and knot count, are woven on cotton foundation, are double wefted and use the Persian knot.

We will always try to ship within 24 hours of received payment. Once shipped the UPS tracking number will be sent directly from UPS Quantum Notify so do not expect the shipping info to come directly from us. We can hold the shipment for as long as you need - just tell us a delivery date that works and we will ship accordingly. Let us know how we can assist!.
Domestic Continental US:
Listed shipping price includes insurance and professional packing. Shipping days are Mon-Fri. We will try to ship the same day if paid by 3pm.
If larger than approx 12x15 or 150lbs we may have to use a (non UPS) trucking company for door-door delivery. This will take an extra day handling - cost is the same as the listed UPS Ground. We will provide tracking information once shipped. Will be sent directly from UPS Quantum Notify. Let us know if you have any questions!
Alaska, Hawaii, APO, Canada:
If possible we will use USPS for these destinations. If the shipping price for your destination was not listed you need to contact us for rates. Make sure to include the shipping destination (city, zip code and nearest major airpor) and the listed item number(s) that you are interested in. We will get back to you with the best rates available. For Candian destinations we can use UPS standard at a decent rate - BUT they charge a hefty brokerge fee. If you prefer to use this option let us know and we will accomodate.

RETURN POLICY
No hidden charges, no restocking fees. If you do not like the rug please return for a full store credit or refund less shipping (IF THIS IS A FREE SHIPPING LISTING WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE YOU THE ACTUAL SHIPPING FEES ON RETURNS). If the rug was not in the condition it was described to be we will even pay shipping charges both ways.
We will always do our best to present our merchandise to our best ability.
If you are not sure if this is the quality or for any other reason the right rug for you please get in touch with us and we will be happy to assist! All returns within 7 days. If we shipped out with UPS we can also send UPS to pick up - pack in the same shipping material as it came (or other waterproof) and let us know when package is ready for pickup. UPS will bring the return label. If you want to replace with another rug see if you can find something else from our listings and we will hold aside as a replacement. If you can not find something that you like get in touch and we will check our offline inventory.
If not as described
We guarantee everything we sell to be as described. If something was damaged during shipping or misrepresented by us we will offer a full refund including shipping as money back or store credit if preferred. If UPS damaged the rug during shipping we will send them to pick it up - once they confirm that the damage happened during shipping we can work on a replacement or a refund. Make sure to keep the packing material that will show a hole or similar.
Colors not as you hoped
If the colors were not as you hoped or the rug did not match the way you hoped - you can return for a refind less shipping or a full store credit towards something else. If you have specific concerns before placing a bid on something give us a call and we will answer all your questions. As monitor settings are different on all computers we always suggest that you look at the images from different monitors if possible. Get in touch if you have specific concerns or if you can not make out certain colors from the images.
