This green metal tin is chock full of vintage buttons! This is a true treasure trove!
Buttons are assorted: shell, metal, plastic ( Many buttons made of shell.)
This was my mother's button box. Most buttons are vintage though there are some newer (1970 or 1980 at the latest). She stopped sewing decades ago.
The green metal tin is 10” across by 1.5” tall. It was used by my brother as a drum when he was little, so it has lots of dents!
Button box with lid and buttons are 3 lbs.

Here is a Vintage Singer Sewing Machine Made of cast iron that I believe is approx. 100 Years old. I do Not know much about them but it appears to be operational. Shows age and patina of course so would we at this age. Great old Vintage Piece!!

This unit was purchased in Sept. 1919 and Customer took delivery in May 1920, have all paper work to document with unit, it's in very good condition and needs very little attention, this is a one of find to come with original paperwork. Model # 66-1 6-Oak, serial # 6988911, all this info is on unit as well as papers. Shows customers name and address and purchase amount along with payment agreement. Really interesting !!!

Up for auction is a antique electric motor for early 1900's portable singer sewing machines, The motor has been tested and work great. Also included is the mounting bracket. Motor is made by Bell Electric in Los Angeles, CA. I would recommend re-wiring this motor if you are planning to use it on a regular basis. The wires look to be the original wires from the factory.
